Standard Crate Dumper Series 1000/1100: Make quick work of product containers.
With a 50-second cycle time powered by a 3 HP constant speed drive, Vanmark’s Standard Crate Dumper quickly and smoothly unloads crates, totes and bins by rotating them to an angle of approximately 135 degrees. Easy to operate from a forklift, our 1000 Series can handle containers weighing up to 4,000 lbs and measuring 54″ wide. (The 1100 Series can handle containers up to 60″ wide.) Rugged and easy to clean and maintain, the Crate Dumper is the perfect addition to your production line and is specifically engineered to complement the Vanmark Hopper and Hydrolift/Destoner for a perfectly matched system.
