Peeler/Scrubber/Washer Series 2900: The simplest design on the market.

Based on extensive research and development efforts and input from our customers, Vanmark designed the new Series 2900 Peeler/Scrubber/Washer to deliver an incredibly simple design requiring fewer parts and less maintenance. The result is a lower cost of operation, higher profits and faster ROI.

The Series is available in a standard diameter roll model (2920/2922). The 2920 standard length machine is Vanmark’s industrial duty workhorse with the widest variety of available equipment to tailor it to your application. The recently introduced 2922 follows the 2920 standard but adds 30% more capacity with its longer bed. A small roll diameter standard length model (2940) is specially designed for peeling and washing smaller fruits and vegetables down to 1/4” (6mm) in size. A long bed model small roll (model 2942) is also available which may be fitted with a special auger hopper infeed to meter product efficiently into the machine.

The standard roll model (2920/2922) features the patented Natural Flow discharge gate, which has been independently proven to reduce peel losses and increase yields compared to conventional gates. Other exciting innovations include a re-engineered belt and sprocket drive and inherently more sanitary form. Designed in what is truly the shape of things to come, The entire 2900 series represents the next generation in high quality solutions from Vanmark.
